BILINGUAL Full Time Sales and Client Service Manager

To work in our fast paced, seasonal business environment generating sales and managing client service matters.

 

The Sales and Client Service Manager is responsible for driving Manderley’s revenue growth and client retention strategies through attaining revenue targets by promptly and professionally sourcing new clients, and addressing the needs of new and existing clients for the Ottawa, Montreal greater areas.

 

Maintaining exceptional client service standards through effective use of organizational and managerial skills, sales and product knowledge, and interpersonal proficiency you are responsible for achieving sales goals, developing distribution channels, building strategic business relationships, and assisting with innovative business development tactics and their execution.

JOB DUTIES

  • Increase sales, expand markets, and promote business to meet goals
  • Develop, manage and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and volume goals
  • Source and meet with prospects and strive to convert them to clients
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction for “top 10” clients
  • Make sure all client complaints are addressed and handled professionally, leaving the client with a positive resolution
  • Continuously educating clients on products
  • Track, record, and measure sales activities in CRM
  • Attend tradeshows, events, seminars etc. as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience, including 3 years of outside sales experience in a business to business environment.
  • Experience in all aspects of sales, including growth strategies, distribution channel management, account development, and business planning.
  • Proven track record for increasing revenues
  • Industry knowledge an asset
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing (in English and French)
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with varied stakeholders
  • High level of proficiency with computers and experience with CRM system
  • Well-developed problem solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives.
  • High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
  • Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques.
  • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.
