Manderley adds a touch of green to the Humboldt Healing Garden

The green carpet has finally been rolled out at the Humboldt Healing Garden, a very special project a few years in the making.
This idea was originally born over three years ago when Landscape Saskatchewan and Landscape Alberta approached the City of Humboldt with the idea to create a space that would be equal parts memorial and reflective space in response to the Humboldt Broncos Tragedy.
This garden is meant to serve as a place of relaxation and tranquility for those receiving treatment and care at the hospital, but also as a memorial for lives lost in the Humboldt Bronco’s tragedy. The reflective garden space, which has come to be known by its abbreviation HUGS, is on the Humboldt District Health Complex.
Manderley was proud to donate Less Water Sod to this incredible project, helping to Green Up! the grounds for the community to enjoy for years to come. We’d like to extend our sincerest thanks to all the other supporters who donated time and material to help to bring this project to life.
